2026-2027 CANDIDATES SCHOOL
Welcome and thanks for your interest in becoming an official. It all begins at iaabou.org. You will find everything you need to start there. Once you have completed the courses involved, including a floor test of your mechanics by our interpreter, you will need to get fingerprinted, so a background check can be done. After that clearance, Section XI, our governing body and assignor, needs to be notified. There are copies of the required forms available via the links at the bottom of this page. Thereafter, a small dues amount must be paid to IAABO BD 40, and then games can be assigned.
